Tamarack’s experienced technicians are committed to providing prompt, effective answers to your service questions. From Tamarack’s standard equipment to application-specific, custom installations, it is our goal that you become expert in meeting your end-users’ production requirements. Service technicians work closely with you to complete each equipment installation and check-out successfully and are on hand to provide on-site training for your operators.
Tamarack’s service technicians are part of our in-house mechanical and electrical assembly team; as a result, they have thorough knowledge of Tamarack equipment. With Tamarack’s in-house servo-programming expertise, electronic questions and special requirements are met. And the Tamarack sales, engineering and service staff work together to address your questions and on-going requirements; equipment features can be added modularly as your production needs change or your market develops.
Tamarack also offers advanced training sessions, at your plant or at Tamarack’s facility. These sessions are helpful to train new operators, to assist you as you take on new jobs or new production requirements, or to offer approaches to increase production speeds or reduce job change-over time.
Parts orders are shipped promptly from Tamarack’s extensive inventory. Tamarack produces most parts on-site to assure quality control, so parts orders can also be produced and filled directly by our machining staff.
